SSH Satori Centre is a holistic centre for the empowerment of the body, mind and spirit.

The goal of SSH Satori is to bring together a community of people interested in personal development, as well as alternative healing.

We offer and host seminars and classes open to everyone, especially those without any experience:

Holistic Therapies:
Reiki, Craniosacral therapy, and Tui Na.

Holistic Arts:
Chi Kung, Yoga, Meditation

Martial Arts Classes:
Northern Shaolin - Cha Chuan Kung Fu
Women’s Martial Arts: Boxing, Kickboxing and Kung Fu
Tai Chi ...starting September 1st.
